
Ondo State Acting Governor, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Chieftains of the All Progressives Congress, APC, community leaders FOMWAN and many others were present to bid the Executive Chairman of Akure North Local Government, Surv. Bankole Ogbesetore farewell amidst eulogies as his remains were laid to rest today.

Speaking at the funeral service held at the Akure North Local Government Council, Aiyedatiwa described late Ogbesetore as a remarkable soul with wisdom and unwavering leadership qualities.

“As we bid farewell to this illustrious son of Ondo State, we would continue to remember his deeds as a great leader and a worthy father”, he said.

The Acting Governor prayed that God should continue to grant the departed eternal rest and that God in His mercies, should continue to comfort his wife and the children and family he left behind.

In his remarks, the eldest son of the deceased, Olumide Ogbesetore appreciated the people at the event as he paid glowing tributes to his late father who he described as a great man who loves everybody without pretence .
