The candidacy of the Ondo state Governor , Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa at the forthcoming gubernatorial election will transform the state economically.
The immediate past state Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget, Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan made the declaration while hosting the Irele local government APC leaders on Saturday, 27th January, 2024 at his residence in Ode-Irele, area of the local government.
Igbasan, who is an indisputable leader of APC in Irele Local Government, has rallied supports for the governorship ambition of the executive Governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
Admonishing the people, lgbasan called for collaborative efforts among the Stakeholders, saying unity was what the party needed at the local government for development as witnessed in others.
Speaking against politics of acrimony and bitterness, lgbasan advised the leaders to shun any act that is inimical to the progress and development of the council.
He therefore urged them to work harmoniously for a common goal in the forthcoming APC guber primaries as he said that Aiyedatiwa has good plans for Ondo State .
lgbasan, finally charged them to be wary of people who are all out to deceive the people on their phantom governorship ambition promising to deliver Irele for Governor Aiyedatiwa.
In their various reactions, the APC Party Chieftains, notable leaders and members at the event applauded Igbasan as they assured of their unalloyed supports for the Governor declaring that they shall follow Igbasan wherever he goes.
