National Conference: FOMWAN receives Monarch’s blessings
The Federation of Muslim Women’s Association in Nigeria (FOMWAN) has received the royal blessings of the paramount ruler of Akure Kingdom, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, Odundun II, for the association’s upcoming National Conference to be held in Akure, Ondo State.
The paramount ruler expressed joy and satisfaction that the state is hosting another national conference after the last one 21 years ago.

Aladelusi, who played host to delegates from the Ondo State chapter of the association, expressed his royal blessings, promising to render assistance when called upon to do so.
He appreciated the members of the association, noting that their activities have positively impacted the lives of the people and contributed to the development of the State and the country at large.

Earlier, the State Amirah (President) of the association, Alhaja Medinat Omikunle, briefed the monarch on the National Conference, appealing for his support and encouragement for its success.
She said the association will repeat the visit upon the arrival of the National Officers, in August between 22nd and 25th as he is the host of the delegates from across the nation.
