Akinsanya Congratulates Akoko North Electees , Tasks them on transformation
The Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor on Mobilisation, Hon. Bawa Akinsanya Yusuf, has congratulated the Akoko North West Chairman-elect, Hon. Esan Owolabi, his Vice Chairman, Hon. Mrs. Bello Eunice, Hon. Jamiu Yakubu Jimoh, and other elected councillors for their victory at the polls.
Hon. Akinsanya extended his congratulations to the electees while addressing party faithful at his hometown in Ogbagi Akoko on Sunday. He commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for ensuring financial autonomy for local government administrations.
The former Commissioner for Ondo State TESCOM, who described the victory as well-deserved, also urged the newly elected Chairman to leverage local government autonomy to drive grassroots transformation in Akoko North West.
Akinsanya, who is also an Islamic cleric, took the opportunity to commend Governor Aiyedatiwa and ODIEC for ensuring a free, fair, and peaceful local government election in Ondo State.
