COMWA distributes Ramadan relief packages to members
The Coalition of Muslim Women for Asiwaju (COMWA) has distributed the 100 Ramadan relief packages it received from the Supreme Council for Sharia to its members across Ondo state.
Speaking on the development, the Ondo state Chairperson of the group, Alhaja Halimat Adam said it was to further relief the hardship faced by the people particularly during the month of Ramadan .

Halimat who observed that the packages given were small, affirmed its importance which will ameliorate the condition of every beneficiary.
While appreciating the donor and those who made it a reality, Adams solicited for more donors to emulate the good gesture so that such packages could be given to individuals to benefit more people.
She urged members of the organisation to always make themselves available whenever their attention is needed and not only when there is something to share.

The National Welfare Officer of the organisation, Alhaja Rafat Abiodun Momoh in a chat with journalists stated the importance of food which can not be done without.
According to Momoh, the package were received and embraced to bring succour to the people calling on other philanthropists to do same so that it can be extended to more people.
She expressed the organisation’s commitment on ensuring that the packages captured many more people.

She prayed for a better Nigeria , the donor and the children so that they can also give back to the community when they are ripe to do so.
“At all at all na I’m bad” , God bless the donor and where the foods are coming from, it is a big relief to me and I appreciate it a lot,” a beneficiary expresses.
