COMWA congratulates Tinubu.

The Coalition of Muslim Women for Asiwaju COMWA has congratulated the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his vice, Senator Kashim Shetima of the All progressives Congress over their victory in the last Presidential Election held on February 25,2023.

The state Coordinator of COMWA, Alhaja Halimat Adam congratulated the duo in a statement made available to journalists.


Adam applauded the party for the success recorded by winning the election and prays that the tenure of the new leadership brings back the lost glory and peace to the country.


According to the statement, the victory of Asiwaju is a new dawn to renew the hope of the less privilege and the country at large.


Tinubu’s victory, the statement further stated, extolled the track record of the president- elect which has spoken for him and indeed a reflection of the wishes of Nigerians.


While urging him to remember the wishes of the people and endeavour to redeem all his electioneering promises to the people , the coalition tasked him to make women particularlly in the south West as an integral part of is government
” Be righteous, truthful, faithful and be a good ambassador of Islamic religion.


You deserve it and we say congratulations your excellency.”
